Earth Peace

The Earth Peace Meditation, so beautiful in its conception and its practice!  Radiate Love and Peace to all beings in the world.  What you give, you receive.  Do this meditation once a month during the full moon, preferably between 7pm and 10pm local time, wherever you are.  If you like it and you can see the benefits for Humanity, do this every day or at least, more often!  Best done with others but can be done on your own for however long you wish.  There are many people sending Love, Peace and Light at any one time.  Join the many lights around the globe for Earth Peace.  Below is a video explaining the process and you can perform this meditation with Yogiraj SathGurunath Siddhanath too.

The second video is about how Earth-Peace can come about through Self-Peace.  Every effort we make to find our peace helps Humanity find its peace.  The quickest method is by practising Kundalini Kriya Yoga, breathing through the spine.
