These classes will give you an introduction and practice into Yoga. This includes niyas & niyamas, shatkarmans, khumbuks, bhandas, asanas, pranayama, dharna and dhyana (dos and don'ts, cleansing, holds, locks, postures, life-force control, concentration and meditation).
You will also learn Surya Yoga (cleansing and protection), Golden Lotus and Earth Peace meditations.
Apart from the numerous health benefits that these yoga techniques bring about, they also prepare you for Kundalini Kriya Yoga.
