Hatha Yoga

A series of asanas or postures with focus on breathing and energy.


Each posture is held for a length of time and then a period of relaxation allows the energy generated to work through and assimilate in the body.


You advance by going deeper into a posture and holding it for longer.  

The class starts with pranayama, follows with asanas and then meditation with the Golden Lotus Heart meditation. This is a simple and powerful breathing and meditation technique to energise you and allow you to be in a state of absolute calm and peace.

Apart from the numerous health benefits that the asanas, breathing and meditation bring about, they also prepare you for the more advanced Kundalini Kriya Yoga.
