What is Kundalini Kriya Yoga? Facts and myths.

April 23, 2016

"Kundalini Kriya Yoga is the Science of the Life-breath control and Meditation which brings ease and order in our daily lives, clears emotional suffering, enhances creativity. It is the lightning path to Self-Realization". Yogiraj Siddhanath.(www.siddhanath.org)

Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath is a living Himalayan Master who empower peoples with the authentic techniques of Kundalini Kriya Yoga.  Kriya Yoga spread from India to the west by Paramahansa Yogananda in the 1930's and was made popular by his book "Autobiography of a Yogi".

The "Litmus test" of a True master is that he can transmit his no-mind samadhi, breathes through your spine and can transmit the kundalini energy through each centre. Shivapat, Pranapat, Shaktipat

The hallmark of Kundalini Kriya Yoga is breathing in the spine.  You need to be initiated into kriyas/ techniques such as Omkar, Shiva Shakti and Mahamudra.

People often fear and say that things can go wrong if the Kundalini energy rises or if the Kriyas are performed incorrectly.  The bad effects that people have are due to several reasons such as doing various techniques from various Masters or systems and whose lifestyles are not conducive to spiritual practices. It is certainly NOT due to practices of Kundalini Kriya Yoga taught by a living Master! The Kundalini energy is an intelligent energy and will only rise when the path is cleared.  Being initiated and empowered by a true master like Yogiraj means he is in total control of your practice.  Yogiraj says that one cannot do a technique wrong as he is always overseeing and correcting what you do.

Do we need a master?  Yes we need a guide of to the unknown, someone who has done it, someone who has had experience.  Watch this youtube video: "Is it necessary to have a master?"; and Reach "No-Mind" Samadhi..."

Experience the "no-mind" state/ samadhi of Yogiraj, even through his video:
